An open factory and museum where you can learn all about Licca-chan, the idol of girls. It is a dream castle with a tour of the factory where Licca-chan is manufactured and an exhibition zone where Licca-chan from the first generation to the present day are displayed. You can make your own original Rica-chan that coordinates with your own style.
Rika-chan” has been loved by many girls since its release in 1967. The Licca-chan Castle is a place where adults and children alike are filled with love for Licca-chan.
Opened in 1993 as a theme park with an open factory, it features exhibits of historical materials and special limited edition items that tell the whole story of Rika-chan, as well as events for the whole family to enjoy.
Visitors can rent a dress for free and walk around the castle and gardens. You and Rika will enter the world of your dreams in matching dresses! (Dresses are available in sizes from 80 to 160 cm)
In the factory on the first floor, Rika-chan and Jenny are being made, which you can see from above. And in the store, you will find original Rika-chan, dolls of your friends, dresses, accessories, etc., which you can only buy here.
Visitors can observe the manufacturing process of Rika-chan and Jenny through a glass-walled passageway.
The museum also has a display of past Licca-chan dolls, a Tomica and Plarail corner for boys, and a store selling original Licca-chan Castle dolls and souvenirs.
As the name “Castle” implies, the building has the appearance of a European castle, and bronze statues of Rika-chan stand on the bridges around the Castle.
